Mohan Vasant Tanksale is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 06, 2018. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bhopal University and Master’s degree in Arts (English) from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University and Diploma in Russian language from Bhopal University. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has more than 42 years of experience having served three major public sector banks being, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank as Executive Director and Central Bank of India in the capacity of Chairman and Managing Director. He has also served on the board of various subsidiaries of Punjab National Bank and Central Bank of India and Life Insurance Corporation of India. He has also served as Chief Executive of Indian Banks Association and has been on the board of International Banking Federation. He has also been engaged as a Consultant to SWIFT India Domestic Services Private Limited. He was awarded as ‘Person of the year’ by SKOCH Foundation in year 2012.
