Kishan Gopal Somani is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 15, 2018. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the ICAI. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, he is also a fellow member of the Institution of Valuers and has qualified the Limited Insolvency Exams of IBBI under IBC, 2016. He has around 50 years of experience. Prior to joining our Company, he was a president of ICAI. He had previously served as a director on the board of Delhi Stock Exchange Association Limited. He is partner at M/s K.G. Somani& Co., Chartered Accountants, Delhi.
